Interoperability Terms
The interconnection services, including the associated services, are provided based on a Service Agreement signed between Euroweb Romania and the public telecom network operators or other communication services providers, which own the right to interconnect with other networks and demand that within the terms specified in the 591/2002 law, together with the additions and modifications, and within the terms specified in the Government Decision 34/2002, Articles 8, 9, 12 and 13 regarding the access to public electronic communication networks as well as the terms of interconnection ( Law 527/2002).
The interconnection and associated services provided by Euroweb Romania are the following:
- Voice services: initiation services, termination services, transit, access to non-geographic numbers;
- Data services: leased lines;
- Collocation services .
The price per minute for the call termination services in the Euroweb Romania network is 1,15 Eurocents, plus VAT.

** The leased lines service for interconnection is available only if Euroweb Romania has the capacity to provide this service in the requested locations. Euroweb Romania can change the tariffs for leased lines services and will inform the operator if such.
The prices for the implementation and use of interconnection capacity and for leased lines will be calculated based on the traffic exchanged between the two parties, according to the following formula:
Sp = St * TO / Ttotal
where:
- Sp = the monthly amount invoiced by Euroweb Romania for the interoperability associated servicess
- St = the sum of all monthly fees for interconection services
- TO = the traffic terminated in the Euroweb network by Operator network
- Ttotal = the sum between the traffic terminated in the Euroweb network by the Operator network and the traffic terminated in the Operator network by the Euroweb network
- TO / Ttotal = the ratio of Operator's traffic terminated in tehe Euroweb network from total traffic exchanged by networks.
This formula will apply only if: Ttotal > 75000 min/month.
If Ttotal < 75000 min/month, the Operator will pay the entire amount.
