Overview
Euroweb Romania is one of the important players of the telecommunications market in Romania. Since 2010, the main shareholder of Euroweb Romania SA is TT International Holdings BV, part of Turk Telekom group. Turk Telekom group owns the largest telecommunications infrastructure in South East Europe and Asia Minor, bringing together brands such Pantel, Euroweb, TTNET, Argela, Innova, Sebit, Sobee, AssisTT. Turk Telekom company is listed at the Istanbul Stock Exchange under the TTKOM indicative.
Founded in 1998, when Euroweb International bought Internet Rokura Sumitcom Division and Mediator S.A., Euroweb Romania S.A. is founding member of A.N.I.S.P. (National Association of Internet Service providers) and is the initiator of the RoNIX (Romanian Network for Internet eXchange) project.
The company has focalized its activity on providing IP communication and Internet services to the business segment, but also on the strategic integration of complementary services, such as VoIP or video telephony.
The power to constantly innovate, the skills of its team and the access to last generation of technology and IT&C know-how have helped Euroweb Romania in becoming one of the most powerful and appreciated communications company in Romania, even from the beginning.
